Meeting Cancellation & Rescheduling Terms

• I ask that you provide at least 20 days notice if you need to cancel or reschedule our scheduled meeting.
• Cancellations made less than 20 days before the meeting date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total meeting cost.
• However, if you cancel with less than 20 days notice, you have the option to reschedule our meeting for another day within the same visit window without any additional charge. The 50% fee from the original cancellation will be credited to the new booking.
• I will do my best to accommodate changes to our plans whenever possible. Please let me know as far in advance as you can if you need to amend our scheduled meeting so I can manage my calendar accordingly.
• Kindly confirm you understand and agree to these cancellation terms. Then I will go ahead and formally book our time together. Please let me know if any part needs more explanation.
